ROADTRIP Signs Limited 1 Year Warranty

Effective in the USA only
If the mechanics and/or the electronics of this product are found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 1 year from the date of purchase (See Purchase Receipt) ROADTRIP Signs will repair, replace or issue credit at its option, for the defective product or component part based on a depreciating value of the sign. Please retain receipt for proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty service or claim as ownership is not transferable. Warranty is void if abused, disassembled, or exposed to atmosphere or conditions other than stated within these instructions.

Limited Warranty
Roadtrip Signs warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 1 year from date of manufacture. The obligation of ROADTRIP Signs under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, repair or credit of product’s original sales price based on a depreciating value of the sign. Notice of defect and defective parts must be submitted to ROADTRIP Signs in writing within 1 year of date of manufacture. This warranty does not cover shipping, handling, freight charges or duties.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Warranty is invalid if purchaser fails to properly operate and/or maintain the product. This warranty is not transferable to third parties. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied except as stated above. There is no warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchant ability.

Except as otherwise agreed herein, ROADTRIP Signs shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use of the product, cost or replacement of the product, of claims of customers for service interruptions. The remedies of the purchaser set forth herein are exclusive and the liability of ROADTRIP Signs with respect to any contract shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the equipment or part on which such liability is based.

This warranty applies only to the original registered purchaser. TAMPERING, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRES OR OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR OWNERSHIP WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. ROADTRIP Signs neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sales or any shipment of our products.
